5 Year Warranty (Changed From A 3 Year Warranty To 5 Year Warranty In June 2025)

We warrant our wheels to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years after purchase. Our five year warranty is also transferable from the original owner to a secondary owner, provided the original proof of purchase is provided to us. Crash Repair is also available to secondary owners with original proof of purchase details.

In addition to our five year defect warranty, CADEN also provide a free wheel truing and spoke replacement service also for a period of five years after purchase when you get the wheels to us. Secondary owners can also benefit from this service, provided the original proof of purchase is made available to us and the wheels have been looked after.

Crash Repair Policy

In the unfortunate circumstance of a wheel impact or crash resulting in damage, all original and secondary owners are entitled to cost price repairs with proof of purchase. If your rim has a hard impact crack then your eixisting hub and spokes (if not damaged) will be built into a new rim. If your wheel is not repairable then a new wheel purchase is the only option at full cost price. Some wheels like the tri spoke and TT disc are not repairable if damaged and you might have to contact a separate carbon repairer.

Crash repair wheels require upfront payment and you will need to send us the damaged wheel/s (at your cost) before the wheel/s can be repaired.

Warranty Claims General

CADEN will not be able to provide warranty on any claims where our wheels have been damaged outside their intended purpose (eg obvious impacts) or have been modified or altered.

Before sending any wheel/s back please be sure to make contact with us first and message some photos if possible.
